We’ve been to Gracie’s so many times it gets its own section. Great lunch and breakfast spot located a few minutes away from the Catskill Village House.

Kaaterskill Falls - a great popular hike with views of the waterfall. ~ 20 minutes away
RamsHorn-Livingston Audubon Sanctuary - short nature walk nearby. < 5 minutes away
Dutchman’s Landing Park - local park with views of the Hudson River and Rip Van Winkle Bridge. < 5 minutes away
Olana - historic house on the other side of the river with beautiful grounds to explore < 15 minutes
Hunter & Windham - ski mountains in the winter and great hiking destinations in the summer. Beautiful foliage in the fall. ~25 minutes away

The Foreland is a newly opened contemporary arts campus located directly on the Kaaterskill Creek. The space has frequently featured various events and exhibits since the Grand Opening in August 2021. It is located only a short walk away from the Catskill Village House.
